Ottolenghi’s Brussels sprouts and tofu

This recipe is from one of my favourite cookbooks, Plenty, by Yotam Ottolenghi. Find the recipe here.

Nowadays you can easily find sesame oil at your local grocer or deli. It is worth sourcing for this recipe, as it adds to the depth of flavour.

Make this even if you hate Brussels sprouts – frying them makes a major difference to the taste! And do not use frozen sprouts for this recipe (or ever).
